For over five years, I've been a Ramnode user, and honestly, I've never faced any downtime that wasn't due to my own mistakes. Each time I've gotten myself into a bind, being a non-pro in Linux, they've always been super helpful and patient, guiding me to fix the issue! I wholeheartedly suggest Ramnode for any business or personal needs.

I can't recommend this! It's honestly a joke. The VPS image is outdated, and there's no way to turn off ipv6. The admin console is lacking, too. It's just a waste of both money and time, especially since most IPs are banned globally. Plus, forget about refunds after three days of buying.

Initially, I signed up after giving and confirming my phone number. Quite odd, if you ask me.
Then, 10 days post-registration on their platform, without any activity on my part, they charged me USD 3 for a 'cloud account'. I feel tricked.

I've been using RamNode for quite a few years and I couldn't be happier. Whenever there were typical problems, they got sorted out quickly and effectively. The support team doesn't come off as patronizing or scripted; they give thoughtful responses, and I really appreciate that.

Wow, it's been a whole year since I signed up with RamNode. I haven't run into any big problems, and I'm pleased to interact with their team. I’ve got a storage VPS plan, and let me tell ya, the IO speed is fantastic (usually around 450+MB/s, and it can hit 800-900MB/s at times) and the internet speed is top-notch (peaking at 940Mbps). Big thanks for all the speedy ticket replies! I really hope RamNode keeps improving moving forward.

Having used the service for a week, they now require an ID to complete a fraud verification. I made my payment with bitcoin, so how on earth could I pull off any fraud if I paid upfront? No way am I sending you my ID for a VPS. I'd much prefer to switch to another provider that values my privacy.

I began using RamNode back in 2016 to help out with some small projects while I was in college, taking advantage of a discount code that they still honor today. It's been such a smooth ride that I didn't even notice how often I've relied on it over the years.

There was a hiccup with my credit card, and I missed some emails about overdue payments, which put my account at risk of being terminated. I had trouble logging in to sort things out (I think my account was flagged as inactive by then), but when I reached out to support, they quickly extended my account's time and assisted me in regaining access to make my payment.

I could've lost a bunch of old projects because of my own mistake, but they really came through for me.

I ain't got much experience in this area, so I've had to reach out to Sean P. quite a bit. Each time, the support has been super smooth, grasping my issues in just a minute of chatting and either jumping in to fix it or guiding me step by step. Fantastic service!

I've been a loyal customer since 2014. One of my servers has been up and running continuously since 2016, and if my memory serves me right, it’s only gone down once. But they got it back up quickly, and I received updates on their status via Twitter. Great value for top-notch quality. It’s the best of both worlds! Their support is fantastic whenever I need it.

I've got three old OVZ servers chugging along since 2015, plus a cloud instance I just set up this year.

All these servers have been performing wonderfully for nearly five years; honestly, I can't say I've had any issues to mention.

Pricing is reasonable. There are some drawbacks, but the support crew is fantastic. They responded to me in just a few minutes, every time! They might come off as a bit stiff, but they'll fix your problems quickly.

I can't recommend them highly enough (I used to be a customer of Scaleway; their interface is nicer, but the service doesn't compare).

I've been using a small OpenVZ VPS from Ramnode for just over two years now, and I can honestly say it's been a fantastic experience. There haven't been any major issues, and the minor hiccups have been so few that they barely come to mind.

The performance is solid, the pricing is quite fair, and the support team is quick, helpful, and friendly. Uptime has been nearly perfect too.

What else could you ask for?

I've been a Ramnode customer for quite a while now - Our journey in the hosting game started back in 2000, and their product lineup along with super speedy support is just top-notch. Believe it or not, recently their response time has been under a minute, which is wild! We've been sticking with them for the past five years, and their commitment to providing solid and clear support from the get-go is truly impressive.

Why would we want a customer who won’t verify their identity? We don’t need 'anonymous' accounts that could engage in fraud or misuse.

They did that on purpose. Keep handing over your identities, and they'll just use them elsewhere. Total scam.
